At Revopoint 3D, we want you to be fully satisfied with your high-precision scanning equipment. If your device does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided it is in its original condition and packaging.

Return Process

    Initiate a Request

    Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and a detailed reason for the return to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

    Prepare the Package

    Securely pack the 3D scanner, including all original accessories, cables, and calibration cards, into the original manufacturer's packaging to prevent damage during transit.

  • 3.
    Ship the Item

    Affix the provided shipping label or use a trackable shipping service to send the package back to our designated regional service center for inspection.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    Once our technicians verify the device's condition and functionality, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
